They Conspired.
They violated my right to present a Justification Defense to the jury and committed a spectacular array of other intentional misconduct.

Complaints

I exhausted all remedies in all venues.
All venues acknowledged receipt of complaints.
The Reversal accompanied all complaints.
The Facts accompanied all complaints.
There was no investigation.
I doubt anybody read them.

Civil

My suit for damages in federal court was denied without a hearing.

  1. California, Cunan and his cohorts did plead immunity.
  2. The District Court agreed with them.
  3. The Ninth Circuit upheld the District Court.
  4. The Supreme Court denied certiorari.

Judicial Immunity causes wrongful convictions.
Judges do not hold judges and procecuters for liable for harm
caused by violating the rights of people accused of a crime,
no matter how severe or intentional.

No remedy for me there.

Criminal

My criminal complaints were denied without investigation.

  1. Plumas County Grand Jury.
  2. California Attorney General.
  3. United States Attorney.
  4. United States Department of Justice.

Prosecutors do not prosecute judges and prosecutors
for intentional violations of the rights of people accused of a crime.

No remedy for me there.

Administrative

My administrative complaints were denied without investigation.

  1. California CJP refused to investigate the judges.     Document
  2. California State Bar refused to investigate the attorneys.    Document Document
  3. California Supreme Court refused to compel them.
  4. Caliifornia Attorney General did not respond.

CA CJP and Bar do not discipline judges and prosecutors
for violations of the rights of people accused of a crime.

No remedy for me there.

Ubi jus ibi remedium. There is no right without a remedy.
